Method
- Heat 2 tsb butter in a pan , keep flame on min (throughout the process)
- Add 4 tsb peanut butter
- Stir till the consistency is smooth
- Add 2 tsb sugar (optional)
- Add choco chips \ nuts \ raisin \ nutrela chocolate (anything you like)
- Add cup of oats
- Mix well and then let it cool
- Make small balls and refrigerate it
- Enjoy - restrict eating to not more than 2\day - it is delicious but heavy :)
- 2 cookies with a cup of milk makes a healthy on the go breakfast
- 1 cookies with a cup of tea is good for healthy evening snack
