Bharwa Bhindi - Stuffed ladyfinger

Serving - 2

Ingredients

  1. Lady Finger - 150 grams
  2. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Dry Mango powder - 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric - 1/3 teaspoon
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  7. Onion - 1 small (optional)

Method
  1. Mix all spices well with 1 teaspoon water
  2. Slit Lady finger and Stuff spice mix as shown below
  1. Heat Oil in Pan
  2. Put stuffed lady finger in Pan
  3. I have added onion too (this is optional)
  4. Stir lightly till slightly cooked on both sides
  5. Cover with lid 
  6. Cook for 5 min
  7. Ready Serve with Rice \ Roti

Dry Fruits Ladoo

dry fruits laddo
Ingredients - > dates walnuts almonds little ghee .

Method -->

  1. Coarsely  grind everything separately .
  2. Heat ghee in pan .
  3. Roast walnut almond mix for some time .
  4. Remove mixture in a plate
  5. Heat little ghee again.
  6. Cook dates for 2 min .
  7. Mix everything and let it cool a bit .
  8. Make ladoos out of the mixture
