Ingredients
- Sabut Moong dal - 1/2 katori
- Rice - 1/3rd of moong
- Green chili - 2-3
- Salt - to taste
- Ginger - 1 tsb
Part 1
- Soak dal and rice over night
Part 2
- Grind soaked dal and rice mixture
- Add grated giner green chili and salt to mixture
- Make the consistency of that of a dosa \ cheela
- Make dosa \ cheela in pan - regular way
